OUR PRODUCTS

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and sizing information are as accurate as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Our products are made to order. Minor variations may occur as a result of the manufacturing and printing process.

We may update product information, availability, descriptions or pricing where necessary.

PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES

All prices shown on our website are in British pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected at the price shown.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that the products have been processed for fulfilment.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase, particularly your delivery address, product selection, size and colour.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Our products are made to order, meaning they are produced after an order is placed.

Please check the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

Being made to order does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Where you have a legal right to cancel, return or receive a remedy, those rights continue to apply.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment information is processed securely through the payment providers available on our Shopify store. We do not store your full payment card details.

DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only.

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Because our products are made to order, there is a production/processing period before your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout relate to delivery after dispatch unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays or events beyond our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
